Gunda Keri Mix Pickle is a summer specialty from Gujarat and Rajasthan, combining the unique, slippery Gunda (Glue Berries/Lasoda) with tart Keri (Raw Mango). It is famous for its distinct texture and the traditional labor-intensive process required to remove the sticky seeds from the berries.

Gunda (Lesua), Raw Mango (Keri), Mustard Oil, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Fennel Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida (Hing), Salt, and Spices.

Shelf life & storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the gunda berries remain submerged in mustard oil, always use a clean, dry spoon to serve, and keep the jar tightly sealed.
