Gunda Pickle (also known as Lesua or Glutenous Berry pickle) is a unique, seasonal delicacy highly prized in Rajasthan and Gujarat. Unlike mango or lemon pickles, Gunda is made from the Labhera berry (Cordia myxa), a green, marble-sized fruit known for its extremely sticky, glue-like internal pulp.
Fresh gunda (glue berry/Lasora), raw green mango, mustard oil, yellow mustard seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, carom seeds (ajwain), nigella seeds (kalonji), red chili powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder (amchur), asafoetida (hing), and salt.

Shelf Life: 6 to 12 months at room temperature.
